  • Content updates include things like text changes, image swaps, staff updates, blog uploads, layout adjustments, and small page edits. Larger design or development work can always be quoted separately if needed.

  • Absolutely. As your business grows or your website needs change, you can move between plans at any time and we can tailor a subscription to your needs if you surpass these - a great problem to have.

  • No problem — additional updates can be completed at the standard hourly rate or we can tailor a custom plan for your needs.

  • Support hours reset each month to keep scheduling consistent and predictable.

  • Monitoring and troubleshooting are included with all plans. If an issue occurs, Madevisionary will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Yes — these types of features are typically supported within the Elevation plan, but can be set up as one time request.

  • You’re always free to take ownership of your website if you prefer to manage it yourself. Access and login information can be transferred to you at any time, and Madevisionary will remain available for updates or support as needed at the hourly rate ($150)
